Pre-internet nostalgia is rife these days, and it’s not difficult to understand why. There was something satisfying about inserting a VHS tape and listening to the various mechanical components inside the VCR work their magic.

And let’s be honest – modern digital video is about as good of quality as it’s going to get. So imagine if, for example, what your video highlights from a recent road trip, wedding or family gathering might look like if it was filmed on a 90s camcorder? Or maybe you’re doing a commercial that needs to look like it was actually filmed in the 80s or 90s?

This is exactly what I aim to achieve with whatever kind of modern video footage you might like to see as if it came directly from a VHS tape. And I mean it when I say there are no silly filters or use of AI to “mimic” the VHS effect. An actual VCR and video tape is used to bring you the best result possible!
